Michael teaches private 1-to-1 sessions in Brighton and Hertfordshire

and on-line yoga classes each week.

This yoga is about self-discovery – working with gravity and the breath to release tension and move with ease, nourishing mind and body.

He has practised yoga for over 20 years and in 2019 decided to take this further by enrolling on a yoga teaching training course (Intelligent Yoga Teacher Training)– a 300 hour course specialising in the fundamentals of movement and anatomy.


He is currently working with senior yoga teacher and
body psycotherapist Kate Ellis delving deeper into yoga
and looking at
mind and body working in harmony.
